If you go it alone, the move to virtual training isn't easy. Challenges arise out of nowhere and, if you can't overcome them, derail your progress. A multinational optical retail chain got in touch with us they'd been trying to move their training to a virtual approach internally. Unfortunately, they'd had to pause this process, because of a lack of progress and faltering belief.

They got in touch with us because they needed our help to re-engage their trainers and complete the project.
