Westminster City Council are proud to consider themselves a world class organisation. As part of their initiative to maintain their high standards, they wanted to invest heavily in learning and development, focusing on inspiring their employees to take charge of their own growth. They approached VTT to ask if we would create a bespoke workshop tailored to their requirements which would focus on helping individuals to foster a sense of responsibility and take ownership of their development progress. They told us that VTT came highly recommended - so no pressure!
The training had to be created from the ground up, taking into account WCC’s mindset and goals
As the training was intended to be incorporated into the onboarding process going forward, the workshop had to be accessible to all levels of employee from new starts to senior management
