A global manufacturer of healthcare goods had already planned to deliver 50% of their training virtually in 2020. And then COVID happened…

At the start of 2020, moving to virtual training was a natural choice. But there wasn't any rush. After all, the classroom training was working perfectly well, plus you need to get a move like this right. And that takes time.

But time isn’t an option anymore. It certainly wasn’t for this global healthcare goods manufacturer. You see, they were already ahead of the curve, aiming to deliver 50% of their 2020 training plan virtually. However, when COVID arrived, their goal changed dramatically to 100% virtual by the end of March 2020.

They did opt to self-teach on their chosen delivery platform Cisco WebEx. Yet, they felt professional upskilling and gaining credentials would provide some much-needed weight and authority. So, they contacted the Virtual Training Team, who provided a Train the Trainer Programme to fit their needs.
