A virtual tech company got in touch with us to help them build a virtual onboarding program. They’d grown in recent years. Up until this point, they were using an expensive in-person onboarding process that involved a 2-week stay in one of their US or European hubs. As you’d expect from a global player, remote working was becoming commonplace. So much so that their 3rd largest office was remote. So, taking their onboarding training virtual made sense.
