Making great decisions more of the time is a must in the business world of today. 

The pressure is on for us all to make more decisions and make them more quickly than ever before. Our brains are wired up well to help achieve instant judgement calls but sometimes this can go wrong. Sometimes the information our brains uses is incomplete or incorrect. This is known as bias and the resulting decisions can turn out to be wrong or even damaging to us and others. So, understanding and managing bias is key to good decision making in the modern world.

This workshop takes you on a 100 minute journey to understand what bias is and how we you are biased in different ways. By first understanding bias we can then work on the best ways in which we can avoid the traps that beset us. Build a useful toolkit of models and methods to use when making decisions going forwards in order to avoid the traps of your bias.
