Change is challenging. It disrupts our habits and expectations and can force us to step outside of our comfort zone. It is also inevitable and this presents us with a choice: we can let change happen to us or we can be proactive about managing and responding to it.

As a manager, you have an important role to play in supporting your team to be more change-fit. In our fast-paced and increasingly uncertain modern world, change can often feel like a matter of survival! With the right mindset though, the challenge of change can become less of a threat and more of an exciting opportunity for growth and development. Rather than working to survive, we can learn to really thrive!

In this virtual workshop, we explore how you can support your team to meet the psychological challenges of change with more resilience and less threat to their overall wellbeing. We consider why change can be so challenging, some of the common responses to change and how you as a manager can support your team to become more change-fit.
