In our fast-paced and ever-changing world, the workplace demands more and more from employees. Now more than ever, it is important that we are equipped with the knowledge and skills to work in a way that prioritises our wellbeing and the wellbeing of our team. Without this, stress levels can creep up over time. Left unrecognised or unappreciated, this can have a significant impact on performance, resilience and overall happiness at work. There is a thin line between stretch and strain and when pressure tips into stress, the effects can be serious.

This virtual workshop will help you understand how to safeguard your physical and psychological wellbeing at work and in turn help your team to safeguard theirs – only once we look after ourselves can we begin to look after others. We examine some of the causes of and common responses to stress and the science behind how stress can affect us. We consider ways to lower stress levels in ourselves and others and explore practical tips for mental wellbeing. By connecting learning to your own real-life experiences at work, you will leave with the tools to begin building resilience and creating a more stress-fit team.
