More Information
High-quality virtual delivery is a core capability for trainers and facilitators. It enables learning to take place across locations, reduces cost and environmental impact, and brings people together in new ways. As virtual and hybrid working continue to shape how organisations learn, the ability to design and deliver effective virtual training has become an essential part of modern facilitation.
The challenge is that virtual training is not simply face-to-face delivery transported online. Without purposeful design and interaction, sessions can quickly feel flat, fragmented or overly passive. Trainers often rely on familiar materials and approaches that don’t translate well to virtual environments, limiting engagement and learning transfer.
This in-depth programme focuses on what great virtual training looks like in practice. Participants will be given the time and space to explore, apply and refine their skills. They will learn how to design sessions specifically for virtual delivery, create meaningful interaction, and use virtual tools intentionally – then practise these techniques in a supportive environment. Throughout the sessions, participants will have opportunities to demonstrate their learning, test ideas in real time and receive live feedback from experienced facilitators.
Participants will leave with practical techniques they can apply immediately. They will gain greater confidence in facilitating live virtual sessions, knowing how to adapt their materials and style more effectively, and they will be better equipped to deliver engaging and impactful virtual training.
