There is significant research promoting the benefits of blended learning including improved transfer to cost savings. And yet in 2021 only 17% of organisations were offering this approach to their learners, according to this CIPD report.
One challenge for L&D teams is how to create a blended approach for the modern learner. Blended learning has moved way beyond a mix of face to face and e-learning. There are many more ways to mix up development programmes in a way that embraces both synchronous and asynchronous learning creating an engaging participant experience whilst boosting learning transfer.
This masterclass explores over 36 different components to select from when constructing a blended learning programme. This could be for onboarding, manager programmes, grad programmes and beyond. Your participants will consider a mix of in-person, self-led, analogue and digital options, making better design decisions based on context and learning outcomes.
We’ll explore real life examples of existing programmes to inspire the design of your next blended approach to create amazing learning transfer.
