On your business

  • Improved company outcomes – fostering a culture of growth mindset within the workplace means employees are more likely to achieve the outcomes they desire, and thus boost the organisation’s productivity.
  • Increased productivity – self-directed learning is integral to productivity – managers find they are having to “chase” their team members less and learning within the workplace is self- initiated.
  • Company growth – a growth mindset encourages self-directed learning, and therefore encourages innovation, and growth of new ideas and concepts throughout the organisation.

As a result of this workshop participants will

  • Explore the fundamentals of a growth mindset and how to develop these.
  • Check in with their own mindset and how they can build on this to facilitate development of a growth mindset.
  • Identify actions they can take to develop and benefit from a growth mindset.
  • Explore the different learning opportunities that are available to them.
  • Learn how to implement a growth mindset approach to real life situations.

Want to know more?

Most people have some degree of growth learning mindset, but it may be less well developed. So, what is it and how can we develop one?  Participants will explore the difference between a growth and fixed mindset and what they might already be doing to facilitate a growth mindset approach. The focus is not on giving participants a growth mindset but building what they already have!

They will identify actions they can take to develop this mindset further, allowing them to take ownership of their own learning. The skills learnt are embedded by applying it to a chosen situation, allowing participants to identify where they can implement the fundamentals of a growth mindset to achieve a better outcome.
