Want to know more?

We know the importance of regular coaching conversations between managers and their team members. But in today’s world of hybrid working, both the squeezed manager and busy team members find it challenging to make time for meaningful coaching sessions.

This is where our forensic coaching approach comes in. This technique helps coaching conversations get to the heart of the issue quickly and identify clear actions that can be applied as a result. Using a specific set of questioning strategies, the conversation zooms into the granular, before zooming back out into setting achievable actions that coachees are motivated to apply.

This workshop also explores how to build a culture within the team of forensic conversations where team members can approach their coaching sessions fully prepared and are able share their approach and thinking with their manager.

The result?  Teams with a culture of coaching making forensic insights that generate noticeable and speedy improvements in performance.

The VTT Forensic coaching model is a refreshing take on coaching in the fast paced, digital age. VTT demonstrate how coaching for 2023 needs to be quick, regular, informal, transparent, easy, evidence based, synchronous and asynchronous and most importantly works in remote situations. For the time poor manager this is music to their ears and shows that you can build skills and develop a team by taking a ‘Forensic’ approach and turning coaching into a daily habit rather than a burdensome chore.
