The workshop will explore the fundamental concepts of a growth mindset- resourcefulness, curiosity, resilience and collaboration and a willingness to take ownership of their own learning.

Want to know more?

Most people have some degree of growth learning mindset, but it may be less well developed. So- what is it and how can we develop one?  Participants will explore the difference between a growth and fixed mindset and what they might already be doing to facilitate a growth mindset approach- the focus is not on giving participants a growth mindset but growing what they already have!

They will identify actions they can take to develop this mindset further, allowing them to take ownership of their own learning. The skills learnt are embedded by applying it to a chosen situation, allowing participants to identify where they can implement the fundamentals of a growth mindset to achieve a better outcome.
