As post-pandemic ways of working transform professional lives, the workplace can have a huge impact on happiness — with huge potential to meet everyone’s needs!

The workshop will begin by exploring the benefits of happiness within the workplace and defining what workplace happiness actually is.

Participants will explore the three aspects of happiness along with the scientific basis behind each, whist identifying situations in the workplace where they feel these may come in to play.
