Ways of working are changing and our understanding of what it means to be inclusive must keep up. As a leader, participants have a key role to play in supporting their team to embrace inclusive practices that make the workplace a positive and safe place for everyone.

In this virtual workshop participants will explore what inclusion really means and why it can be such a challenge, discussing some of the many facets of diversity and the role of belonging in transforming a diverse workplace into an inclusive one.

Participants will also examine the difference between equality and equity and consider how modern, complex working situations have shifted what it means to be a ‘fair’ leader.

Throughout the workshop, real-life scenarios are used to examine what exclusive behaviours and inclusive behaviours look like in action and give the participant the opportunity to apply learning to their own day-to-day working life.
