We are born as master influencers – it is essential to our survival. Yet, our influencing repertoire declines as we mature and fall into default approaches that limit our influencing success. The modern workplace is full of influencing opportunities from recruitment, management and leading change to sales, marketing and so much more, so it’s important that we can tap into this ability.

This virtual workshop explores the differences between ‘influence’, ‘persuasion’ and ‘power’ before delving into some of the most effective influencing styles.

By understanding the different influencing styles and the science that underpins them, participants will be able to boost their influencing repertoire and select the most appropriate approach for different situations.
