Research by Prof Robert Brinkerhoff suggests that poor preparation and set up of learning interventions can be responsible for up to 40% of the factors that diminish learning transfer.
This masterclass addresses what we can do to ensure that participants arrive at learning events ready to want to learn and primed to be able to learn in a way that enhances their learning outcomes.
We explore 3 areas; Creating intrigue for participants to want to sign-up for training, increase commitment to actually show up with a ready-to-learn and curious mindset. Develop engagement prior to the event to get involved in pre-event activities and self-led learning.
