The Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator (MBTI) is a self-report inventory designed to identify a person’s personality type, strengths, and preferences. No personality type is right or wrong, and when employees are aware of their own preferences they can learn to communicate more effectively. In this workshop, participants will review the science and four dichotomies of MBTI and explore how these dichotomies relate to their personalities.
They will explore the demands placed on them as part of their day-to-day role and how they might operate differently to our natural preferences. Participants will leave with a plan of action including how to use the information learned to align more to their natural preferences and get more from their way of working.
