Change is challenging. It disrupts our habits and expectations and can force us to step outside of our comfort zone. It is also inevitable, and this presents us with a choice: we can let change happen to us or we can be proactive about navigating change and responding to it, so that we begin to view change as less of a threat and more of an opportunity for growth and development.

In this virtual workshop, participants will discover what makes navigating change so challenging and consider their own responses to change at work. By exploring some of the psychological theory around change-fitness, stress and resilience, they will begin to build the skills needed to thrive in the ever-changing modern workplace. More importantly, they will have the opportunity to apply learning to a real workplace change they are facing, and identify actions they can take to better navigate this change in a way that achieves desired outcomes whilst protecting their wellbeing.
