This masterclass explores how to help identify and apply actions from training to create the behaviour change required from your training programmes. We consider how we can design and facilitate for this during the workshop so participants leave with well formed goals that are most likely to be achieved. We discover how to help participants during and then beyond using nudge science to retain, engage and apply their actions for success.
