Strengthening learner actions

The purpose of most training interventions is to create a behaviour change. When deciding what we want participants to be thinking, feeling and doing as a result of training we ought to be considering specifically what actions they should be taking in order to transfer the learning they take from training and apply it.

The purpose of most training interventions is to create a behaviour change.  When deciding what we want participants to be thinking, feeling and doing as a result of training we ought to be considering specifically what actions they should be taking in order to transfer the learning they take from training and apply it.

This masterclass explores how to help identify and apply actions from training to create the behaviour change required from your training programmes.  We consider how we can design and facilitate for this during the workshop so participants leave with well formed goals that are most likely to be achieved.  We discover how to help participants during and then beyond using nudge science to  retain, engage and apply their actions for success.
