Through strengths profile coaching, we focus on our natural abilities and how we can further develop them, and increase our confidence and feel more authentic. This can help to improve performance, boost happiness and engagement, and set us up for success.

As part of this virtual workshop, participants will complete a strengths profile assessment and receive a personalised report that analyses their strengths, weaknesses and learned behaviours. It will also highlight any unrealised strengths, giving them the opportunity to consider how they could better use these in their role through personalised strengths profile coaching. They will consider the benefits of embracing positive psychology, giving and receiving feedback, and leveraging their strengths to make the best use of their natural abilities at work and beyond!
