Research has demonstrated that most people don’t believe they are consistently productive all day at work. It’s easy to be distracted, to procrastinate, or perhaps even struggle to complete all the tasks on a to-do list before their deadlines.
As to do lists grow longer, team members need to learn good time management skills, to ensure they can balance the tasks coming in alongside their own individual focus and energy levels.
After all, good time management is not just a case of organising our diary – it’s important to also be realistic about how much time is available and to be able to manage unforeseen difficulties. Getting it right when it comes to managing time is shown to benefit individual wellbeing, as well as improving overall productivity. This workshop will help participants to build new strategies to aid this and make better choices for a more efficient workday.
