More Information
AI is changing the way we work, and the way we manage. Many managers are already experimenting with AI, but not always with much guidance around what “good” looks like. Some are curious but cautious, others are using it in small ways, and some feel unsure about where it fits or where it might cross a line.
Without that clarity, it’s easy to either underuse AI for managers, or rely on it in ways that don’t support good management. When the focus shifts too far towards automation, there’s a risk of losing the judgement, empathy, and responsibility that effective and flexible leadership depends on.
This workshop takes a different approach. Rather than focusing on the technology itself, it looks at the role of the manager and where AI can genuinely support it – whether that’s thinking through an approach, preparing more effectively, improving communication, or reducing everyday friction.
The result is a more grounded, practical and human view of AI for managers – helping people to use these tools in ways that are useful, thoughtful, and appropriate to the role they do. Because AI might be moving fast, but good management still matters.
