More Information
Collaboration is a critical driver of team and organisational success. As ways of working continue to evolve, the ability to work effectively with others — sharing ideas, solving problems and making decisions together — has become increasingly important. When collaboration is done well, it strengthens relationships, improves outcomes and creates a more inclusive, high-performing environment.
However, collaboration is not always straightforward. Teams can struggle with unclear roles, unbalanced contributions or a lack of direction, leading to inefficient discussions or disengagement. At the same time, over-collaboration can slow progress, create confusion and dilute accountability, making it difficult to achieve meaningful results.
This workshop explores the foundations of effective collaboration and how to apply them in everyday work. Participants will examine what purposeful collaboration looks like, how to contribute in a way that adds value, and how to balance input and efficiency. The session also highlights common pitfalls and provides practical strategies to avoid them.
Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how to collaborate more effectively within their teams. They will gain practical approaches they can apply immediately to support more focused discussions, stronger teamwork and better outcomes for everyone involved.
