More Information

In today’s information-heavy environment, being able to think critically is fundamental to effective work. Critical thinking is what enables us to navigate and thrive amidst the flood of data we receive every day – leading to better decision-making, problem-solving, and confidence in complexity. Organisations that build these skills are better able to make smart choices and innovate with confidence, leading to better personal and organisational outcomes.

However, many people instinctively rely on gut reactions or incomplete information when analysing data and making decisions. This can lead to misunderstandings and missed opportunities. This workshop tackles this head‑on by guiding participants through practical approaches for clearer, more critical thinking.

Through engaging exercises and group discussions, participants learn how to break down complex information, recognise thinking traps, and test assumptions. Participants practise applying critical thinking frameworks to workplace scenarios, exploring how to weigh evidence and uncover hidden biases that can impact their thinking.

Participants leave the workshop with tools they can use straight away to improve how they analyse situations and make decisions, building individual confidence and strengthening team performance and business outcomes.
