More Information

Developing a growth learning mindset is key to both personal and professional progression because it shapes how we respond to challenges, change, and learning. Most people already have some elements of a growth mindset, but without awareness and practice these can be under-utilised in high-pressure work environments.

Participants often struggle to identify how their mindset influences their behaviour, default to familiar patterns of thinking, or shy away from opportunities to stretch their capabilities. This can limit initiative, slow skill development, and reduce resilience in dynamic workplaces.

This workshop helps people explore the difference between a growth mindset and a fixed mindset, and pinpoint how they’re already showing growth-oriented thinking. It builds on existing strengths and guides participants to recognise specific actions that will nurture further growth.

By applying what they learn to real situations during the session, participants leave with practical insight and a clear sense of how to apply growth learning principles back in their role. This leads to greater self-directed learning, adaptability, and long-term capability development.
