More Information

Change is a fundamental part of all growing and evolving organisations. New systems, structures, priorities and expectations are part of working life, and how leaders handle these moments can have a lasting impact on performance, morale and trust. We know that well-led change can build momentum and resilience, whereas poorly led change has the potential to create uncertainty and disengagement.

The challenge is that people experience change very differently. Some welcome it, others feel threatened by it, and many sit somewhere in between. When people don’t understand what’s happening or why it matters, it’s common to see resistance, loss of focus, and even anxiety. Without clear leadership, even well-intended change can stall or cause unnecessary disruption.

This workshop equips leaders with a clear framework for leading change with confidence. Participants will explore the psychology behind change, why resistance shows up, and the beliefs that support successful transitions. They will learn practical tools for building understanding, commitment and clarity within their teams.

Participants will leave with an action plan they can apply immediately to real situations. They’ll be better prepared to plan and lead change in a way that keeps people engaged and moving forward, increasing the likelihood that change sticks and delivers results.
