Leading in the Age of AI

AI is changing more than how work gets done. It’s changing how people think about their roles, their skills and what’s expected of them. This workshop helps leaders navigate the people side of AI, creating the conditions for their teams to adapt, experiment and perform with confidence as work continues to evolve.

Impact on

Your Organisation

  • Greater confidence through AI-driven change – Leaders who can create clarity and support open conversations help their teams adapt more confidently as AI changes roles, expectations and ways of working.
  • Stronger, more responsible AI cultures – By encouraging curiosity alongside good judgement, leaders can create an environment where people feel able to experiment, question and learn rather than simply adopting AI for the sake of it.
  • More consistent leadership around AI – Equipping leaders to navigate different levels of confidence, enthusiasm and concern helps create a more thoughtful and people-centred approach to AI across the organisation.

Workshop Participants

  • Understand how AI is changing the role of the leader, not just the work people do.
  • Recognise some of the conditions that influence how confidently teams respond to AI.
  • Explore practical ways to create greater clarity, trust and psychological safety as AI use develops.
  • Build confidence in leading conversations around AI, including uncertainty, resistance and differing expectations.

More Information

AI is changing work quickly, but people aren’t all experiencing that change in the same way. Some are embracing it, some are experimenting quietly, and others are unsure, cautious or concerned about what it could mean for them.
That creates a new challenge for leaders. They don’t need to become the AI expert in the room, but they do need to help their people navigate the uncertainty around it. That means creating clarity where they can, encouraging healthy experimentation, protecting good judgement and making it safe for people to ask questions, raise concerns and admit when they don’t know.
This workshop explores what good leadership looks like as AI becomes a more established part of working life. Participants consider the conditions that help people adapt well, how their own leadership can influence the way AI is approached within the team, and how to handle some of the conversations already showing up in workplaces.
Participants leave better equipped to lead confidently while the answers are still evolving, creating an environment where people can learn, challenge, adapt and make thoughtful choices about how AI fits into their work.
