  • It’s the right thing to do – organisations have a responsibility to protect wellbeing at work, and one of the ways they can do this is by equipping employees with the tools they need to set effective boundaries, manage stressful situations, and protect their long term wellbeing.

More Information

With workplace wellbeing in a decline over recent years, protecting personal wellbeing has become a critical skill. Sustained pressure and competing priorities can quickly erode energy and focus, which impacts both individuals and their organisation. Supporting team members to work in ways that protect their wellbeing means they’re better able to perform consistently, adapt to change and bring their best selves to work.

Yet many employees struggle to set boundaries or recognise the early signs of strain. Saying ‘yes’ too often and pushing through fatigue can feel necessary in the moment, but over time this can lead to stress, and even burnout. Without practical strategies, wellbeing can easily slip down the priority list until something goes wrong – at which point, it becomes more challenging to repair.

This workshop helps participants take a more proactive approach to safeguarding their wellbeing. It explores the role of boundaries at work, common sources of pressure, and how energy management supports sustainable performance. Participants will also reflect on their individual response to setbacks and learn techniques to recover more effectively when challenges arise.

By grounding the learning in real workplace situations, participants will leave with practical tools they can apply immediately. They will build greater awareness of what supports their wellbeing, develop healthier habits, and feel more confident protecting their energy. This workshop is often delivered in conjunction with our Team Wellbeing workshop for managers.
