More Information

Change is challenging. It affects everyone, often disrupting routines and our sense of stability. In a fast-moving workplace, this can feel unsettling… but change is also inevitable. The ability to navigate it is a powerful skill, helping individuals stay grounded even when circumstances shift unexpectedly.

However, navigating change isn’t always straightforward. Uncertainty can create stress, resistance or a feeling of being “stuck”, especially when people don’t know what to expect next. Without understanding the psychological processes behind change, it’s easy to rely on habits that keep us in denial or confusion rather than moving towards clarity.

This workshop helps participants understand why change feels challenging and explore their own responses to it. They will learn a model which will lend insight into the emotional stages people move through during transition, and discover practical ways to take more agency in how they respond.

By the end of the session, participants will feel better equipped to handle change constructively and sustainably. They will leave with strategies they can use immediately – along with a personalised action plan for approaching a real workplace change in a way that supports their wellbeing, resilience and long-term growth.
